摘　　要：目的：测 定４ 种不 同工艺制 备的黄连 解毒汤 提取物粉 末及 ２ 种 日本 汉方 制剂 黄连 解毒 汤中的栀子 甙含量。 方法：用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 法进 行测 定。结 果： 用新 法 制备 的黄 连 解毒 汤的 栀 子甙 含 量 比日本汉方 制剂黄 连解毒汤 中的高。 结论：对 黄连解毒 汤生产 有参考价 值。Objective: To determine Geniposide contents four Coptis Toxin Resolving Decoction (CTRD) and two Japanese Kampo Medicine CTRD. Methods: The deteminations were carried out by HPLC. Results: The new method preparing CTRD shows a higher content of Geniposide than the Japanese Kampo CTRD. Conclusion: This result is the reference value in the production of CTRD.
