养胃胶囊治疗胃溃疡的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的：比 较养胃胶 囊和养 胃膏 的 抗溃 疡作 用。 方法 ：使 用水 应激 法 和乙 酸烧 灼 法建 立 大鼠胃溃疡模 型。结果 ：养胃胶 囊对大 鼠水 应 激所 致的 胃 溃疡 有 一定 的抑 制 作用， 对大 鼠 乙酸 烧 灼型胃溃疡 有明显 的治疗作 用。结论 ：养胃胶 囊可以代 替同处 方的养胃 膏。Objective: To compare the antiulcerative effect of yangwei capsules and Yangwei extract. Methods: The models of stress induced and acetic acid imparied gastric ulcers in rats were established. Results: It was found that Yangwei Capsules had an inhibitory activity on stress induced gastric ulcers and a marked curactive effect on acetic acid impaired gastric ulcers in rats.Conclusion: Yangwei Capsules can replace Yangwei extract having the same receipt.
