北京市怀柔区中学生2010年健康危险行为监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区中学生健康危险行为现状,为中学生的健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法选取怀柔区6所学校的中学生1 495名为调查对象,进行健康危险行为问卷调查。结果在楼梯上追跑打闹,互相推搡,在玩滚轴溜冰、滑板车等时不戴保护装备(如头盔)是可能导致自己或他人受到严重伤害的主要非故意行为;过去12个月里,14.3%的中学生有意伤害过自己(如用烟头烫,用刀片割伤、用头撞墙等),11.6%的中学生有过自杀意念,27.9%的中学生尝试过吸烟,3.4%的中学生网络成瘾,8.9%的中学生观看过色情书籍和音像制品(刊物、书籍、电影、录像、VCD,图片等)。结论怀柔区中学生健康危险行为问题突出,应引起学校、家长的重视,采取针对性的干预措施。[Objective]To study the health risk behaviors among the middle school students in Huairou district,and provide evidence for the health education among middle school students.[Methods]A questionnaire survey of health risk behaviors was conducted on 1 495 students from 6 middle schools by stratified random cluster sampling.[Results]The leading unintentional behaviors that resulted in oneself and others＇ serious injuries were chasing and pushing each other in stairs,playing roller skating and bicman without any protector（for example,helmet）.In the past 12 months,the intentionally hurting oneself rate was 14.3%（for example,burning oneself with cigarette,cutting oneself with blade,banging head against the wall,etc.）,11.6% had had suicidal ideation,27.9% had tried smoking,3.4% had internet addiction,8.9% had read and watched erotica and audiovisual products（for example,publication,book,movie,videotape,VCD,photograph,etc.） was 8.9%.[Conclusion]The health risk behaviors among the middle school students are serious in Huairou District which should attract great attention from school and student＇s parents.Corresponding intervention measures should be adopted.
