摘 要:为有效提高多流连铸质量和均一性,以某企业30 t六流圆坯连铸中间包为研究对象,采用数学模拟的方法研究了不同导流隔墙和坝的组合方式对多流中间包内流体流动特征的影响规律。计算结果表明,适当改变导流孔隔墙结构和倾角形式,并在六流T型包近水口两流之间放置坝,可显著延长钢水在中间包内的停留时间,改善多流中间包内流体流动特性,提高多流中间包各流流动一致性,这对提高铸坯质量具有重要意义。To improve the quality uniformity of multi-strand billet,in this paper,for a given six-strand tundish with capacity of 30 tons at some steel plant,a mathematical model was carried out to study the influence of different baffles-dam combination on the fluid flow behaviors in the tundish.The results showed that,with changing the baffles configuration,adjusting the hole angle on the baffles or installing a dam between two strands near the narrow wall of tundish,the residence time of liquid steel increased rapidly and fluid flow uniformity for six strand were improved remarkably,which has a important significance to improve the billet quality.
