摘 要:为解决含铜钢的"铜脆"问题,采用真空电弧炉熔炼,研究了添加硅、铬、硼元素对Fe-0.5Cu合金高温氧化后表面铜元素富集的影响,并通过中试轧机对成分调整后的含铜钢进行了轧制试验。结果表明:未添加合金元素的Fe-0.5Cu合金在1 120℃氧化80 min后,浅表层存在白亮色条带状铜元素偏析区域,该区铜元素含量达75%;添加硅及硅、硼的合金均没有明显的铜元素偏析现象,同时添加硅、铬元素的合金在基体与氧化层界面形成大量白色富铜相,但其未沿着晶界向基体内渗透;在含铜钢去除镍元素后,添加硅后热轧板的边部质量比未添加的有大幅提高。For resolving copper brittleness of copper-containing steel, the effects of Si, Cr and B elements on Cu enrichment on the surface of Fe-0. 5Cu alloy after high temperature oxidation were studied by melting technique with vacuum arc furnace. The copper-containing steel with composition modification was rolled by ternary rolling mill. The results show that there were white banding copper segregation areas near the the surface of the Fe-0. 5Cu alloys withot alloying elements after oxidation at 1 120 ℃ for 80 min, the content of copper in the area reached 75%. The copper segregation was not formed in the alloy with Si additive or Si and B additives. With Si and Cr additives, a large number white copper enrich phases were formed at the interface of matrix and oxide coating, but not penetrated to the matrix along the grain boundaries. The surface quality on the edge of hot rolled plate was improved by addition of Si element after removing of Ni.
