摘 要:以钼粉、硅粉、钨粉和石墨粉为原料,采用真空烧结原位合成方法制备了不同SiC和WSi2配比颗粒增强的SiC+WSi2/MoSi2复合材料,研究了其物相组成、力学性能和室温断口形貌,并分析了复合材料的强韧化机理。结果表明:该复合材料主要由WSi2、MoSi2和SiC相组成,还有微量的(Mo,W)5Si3相;其中10%SiC-5%WSi2-85%MoSi2复合材料的综合力学性能最佳,其相对密度、抗弯强度、硬度和断裂韧度分别为93.81%,251.7 MPa,9.053 GPa和6.534 MPa.m1/2;该复合材料的强韧化机制主要有细晶强韧化和弥散强化。The SiC + WSi2/MoSi2 composites reinforced with different volume fractions of SiC and WSi2 particles were in-situ synthesized vaccum sintering using Mo, Si, W and graphite powders as raw materials. Then the phase composition, mechanical properties and fracture surface morphology at room temperature of the composites were studied. The strengthening and toughening mechanisms were analyzed. The results show that the composites consisted of WSi2, MoSi2 and SiC phases with less (Mo, W)5 Si3 phase. The comprehensive mechanical properties of the 10vol%SiC-Svol%WSi2-85vol%MoSi2 composite were the best, and its density, flexural strength, hardness and fracture toughness were 93.81%, 251.7 MPa, 9. 053 GPa and 6. 534 MPa·m1/2, respectively. The strengthening and toughening mechanisms of the composites were the strengthening and toughening of fine grains and dispersion strengthening.
