摘 要:通过控制初始粉体的晶粒尺寸和成型素坯的烧结条件,制备出了晶粒尺寸在100~500rim范围的Y—TZP/Al2O3纳米陶瓷复合材料;采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪分析了其显微结构和物相组成,并用压痕法测定了显微硬度。结果表明:该复合陶瓷主要由t-ZrO2相组成,同时含有少量α—Al2O3其显微硬度存在显著的压痕尺寸效应,且硬度与晶粒尺寸的平方根成反比。By controlling the initial grain size of powders and sintering conditions of the green body,Y-TZP/Al2O3 nano composite ceramics with grain size of 100- 500 nm were prepared. The microstructure and phase composition were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Using indentation method the micro-hardness of the ceramics with different grain sizes was evaluated. The results show that the ceramics were composed of t-ZrO2 with little α-Al2O3 phase. The micro-hardness of the ceramics had obvious indentation size effect, and the hardness was inversely proportional to the square root of grain size.
