摘 要:目的观察电磁辐射对Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响。方法以平均功率密度为90 mW/cm2的微波辐照昆明小鼠(4~6周龄,体质量20~25 g,40只,均为雌性)20 min,采用RT-PCR、ELISA检测微波辐照后不同时相点干扰素(interferon-gamma,INF-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)表达量的变化,分析微波辐照对Th1/Th2平衡的偏移。结果 90 mW/cm2的微波急性辐照会导致INF-γ表达量的增高,辐照后第5天达到峰值,增幅为135.5%(P〈0.01);90 mW/cm2的微波急性辐照使IL-4的表达有降低的趋势,但与对照组相比没有显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论平均功率密度为90 mW/cm2的微波急性辐照会导致昆明种小鼠Th1/Th2平衡向Th1方向偏移。Objective To identify the effect of electromagnetic irradiation on Th1/Th2 cytokine balance.Methods A total of 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into sham control(n=5),and irradiation groups(1,2,3,5,7,9 and 11 d after 90 mW/cm2 electromagnetic irradiation for 20 min,n=5 for each time point).The mice were sacrificed at the above correspondingly time points respectively after exposure,and their blood samples and spleen tissues were collected.The expression levels of interferon-gamma(INF-γ) and interleukin-4(IL-4) were detected with RT-PCR for spleen tissues and ELISA for blood samples.The excursion of Th1/Th2 cytokine balance induced by electromagnetic irradiation was analyzed.Results INF-γ expression was obviously raised by 90 mW/cm2 electromagnetic irradiation.Its serum level reached a a peak in 5 d after exposure,with an increase of 135.5% compared with sham control group(P0.01).IL-4 expression had a drawdown tendency by 90 mW/cm2 electromagnetic irradiation,but it had no significant difference when compared with sham control(P0.05).Conclusion Electromagnetic irradiation at 90 mW/cm2 leads to the Th1/Th2 cytokine balance deflect to Th1.
