摘 要:目的比较黑龙江省汉族与朝鲜族血压差别,分析血压差别相关因素。方法采用BIOZ.comTM心功能监测仪检测1 247名汉族和676名朝鲜族19~80岁人群体循环血管阻力(SVR)、血压等指标。采取生化方法检测血脂血糖。用SPSS16.0统计结果。结果民族(汉为1,朝鲜为2)与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血糖(GLU)、Ca2+正相关。排除性别、年龄和BMI影响后,朝鲜族收缩压/舒张压比汉族高3.73/3.54 mmHg。单因素回归分析:TG、LDL、GLU和Ca2+分别引起朝-汉之间SBP/DBP差别变化达-0.5%/0.5%、-36.1%/-61.7%、-74.6%/-83.0%和-71.4/-81.6%。结论血脂、血糖及血钙水平差别在两民族血压差别中起重要作用。Objective To compare the difference of blood pressure between Korean-Chinese ethnic and Han ethnic in Heilongjiang province and to analyze the potential relationship of blood pressure with the related factors.Methods Systemic vascular resistance(SVR),blood pressure were determined by BIOZ.comTM cardio dynamics monitor in 1247 Hans and 676 Korean-Chinese from 19 to 80.The lipids and glucose of blood were measured.Data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results Ethnic(Han=1,Korean-Chinese=2)was positive correlated with systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),glucose(GLU),Calcium(Ca2+).After adjustment for gender,age and BMI,the average systolic/diastolic blood pressures in Korean-Chinese cohort was 3.73/3.54 mmHg higher than those in Han cohort.TG,LDL,GLU and Ca2+ produced effect of-0.5%/0.5%,-36.1%/-61.7%,-74.6%/-83.0% and-71.4/-81.6% on the difference of SBP/DBP between two ethnics respectively by single factor regression analysis.Conclusion The difference of blood lipids,glucose and Ca2+ play an important role on difference of the blood pressure between two populations.
