摘　　要：建国以来,中国共产党依据不同时期的国际环境和国内社会历史条件,确立了不同的区域发展理念,其演变历程大体经历了三个阶段:区域均衡发展、梯度推移发展和区域协调发展。三线建设、调整改造作为我国区域经济发展历程中的一个重要历史事件,其自身的发展状况与党在不同时期的区域发展理念息息相关。本文着重探讨了党的区域发展理念演变对三线建设、调整改造所产生的重要影响,并力求对其做出客观科学的评价,以期为我国当前的区域经济发展提供借鉴。Since the founding of our country,according to the international environment and domestic social and historical conditions of different periods,which go through three phases in general： This paper emphatically investigates significant influence which is made by evolution of the concepts of regional development.Meanwhile,it will make objective scientific evaluation with the purpose that offer reference to current regional economic development of China.
