丰富农村寄宿制学校生活的思考

摘　　要：丰富农村寄宿制学校生活,提高学生积极适应能力是寄宿制学校建设的重要内容。当前,由于办学条件、教育观念和师资力量等方面的原因,我国农村寄宿制学校生活单调,难以适应学生对寄宿生活的多样化要求。为了丰富农村寄宿制学校生活,提高学生积极适应能力,促进其身心健全发展,笔者提出了以下措施:国家必须多渠道筹措教育经费,加大对寄宿制学校的扶持力度,改善办学条件,合理设置教师编制;寄宿制学校自身要转变教育观念,准确定位自身功能,提高教师综合素质,开发校本课程,加强校园文化建设;鼓励学生参与学校和班级管理,激发学生生活信心。Enriching the life of rural boarding school and improving students＇ adaptation ability are the important mission of the construction of boarding school.Currently,the life of rural boarding school is so poor that students are difficult to adapt it because of the conditions of building school,educational concept,teacher＇s quality and so on.In order to enrich the life of rural boarding schools,enhance the positive adaptation and prompt the health development of students,the paper proposes：government should make great efforts in raising educational funds through various channels,give more support to boarding school,improve the condition of building school and set formulation rationally;boarding schools should change the educational concepts,definite the function of themselves,improve teachers＇ comprehensive quality,exploitation the school curriculum,enhance the construction of school culture,inspirit students to take part in the management of school and class,inspires students＇ life confidence.
