摘　　要：古今中外,教育与领导人才的培养密不可分。从孔子教育、柏拉图教育、中国古代科举考试、西方文官制度到现代的高等教育都是一脉相承的。在分析教育在培养、选拔和造就领导人才方面的意义后,本文阐述了现代高等教育在政治教育、理论思维能力训练、社团活动与实习和素质教育等四种途径来开发和提升大学生的领导力,有效完成对领导人才培养的光荣使命。In ancient times and now,in China and in other countries,education is closely related to the cultivation of leading talents.Confucius education,Plato＇s education,the ancient imperial examination in ancient China,the western civil service system and modern higher education are closely related to one another.Based on an analysis about the role education plays in cultivating,selecting and making leading talents,the article elaborates the four means of political education,theoretical thinking ability training,community activities and practice and quality-oriented education so as to develop and promote students＇leading capacity,and effectively fulfill the glorious mission of leading talents training.
