摘  要:目的探索四川省血吸虫病流行区人群感染、环境污染和地理因素之间的关系,并确定感染的高度危险区域、疫区及其影响范围,进而确定地理因素、社会因素和生物因素对血吸虫病传播的影响。方法以四川省西昌市血吸虫病防治实验区收集的资料为基础采用特殊分析法,缓冲地带确定法,网络分析法,相关和分类回归树法(CART)进行分析。结果在血吸虫病防治规划中建立了GIS系统,并在血吸虫病流行区得到了应用。确定血吸虫感染的高度危险区、疫区以及影响血吸虫病传播的地理、社会和生物因素,可以为制订血吸虫病的调查和防治策略提供依据。Objectives To explore the relationship among population infection, environmentcontamination and geographic elements, to identify the high risk area of infection, infection focusand its influence range, and eventually to find out the geographic, social and biological factors de-voted into transmission of schistosomiasis in Sichuan schistosomiasis endemic area. Methods Spe-cial analysis, buffer zone determination, network analysis, correlation and CART regressive treeanalysis have been used in this study based on the data collected in the schistosomiasis controldemonstration area in Xichang City, Sichuan Province. Results This paper reports the establish-ment of GIS system in schistosomiasis control program and the progress of the application of GIS ina schistosomiasis endemic area. The determination of the high risk area of infection, the focus of in-fection and the geographic, social and biological factors in transmission would eventually providereference for survey and control strategy of schistosomiasis.
