日本血吸虫4类循环抗原和抗体的检测对感染兔疗效考核价值研究

摘　　要：目的观察感染家兔在治疗前后血清中循环抗原和循环抗体的动态变化情况。方法采用日本血吸虫4株单克隆抗体3D8，5C7，SM21－3及SM38m（靶抗原分别为肠相关多糖蛋白抗原、肠相关蛋白抗原、虫卵抗原和成虫表膜抗原）作为捕获抗体，用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验（Dot－ELISA）检测4类循环抗原，与常规ELISA检测IgG抗体比较。结果感染日本血吸虫家兔在经硝唑咪治疗后1～2个月，循环抗原基本转阴，而IgG抗体一直维持较高水平。结论循环抗原具有较好的疗效考核价值，IgG抗体不具有疗效考核作用。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of CAgs and IgG Ab of sera from rab-bits infected with Schistosoma japonicum before and after treatment. Methods The detection of theCAgs by Dot-ELISA with 4 kinds of McAbs 3D8, 5C7, SM21-3 and SM38m as capture antibodies(target antigens were gut associated polysaccharide protein,gut associated protein, egg antigen andadult worm membrane antigen) respectively was compared with that of IgG Ab by routine ELISA.Results The CAgs in rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum turned to be negative 1-2 monthsafter treatment, but IgG Ab kept at high level untill the 9th month. Conclusion The CAgs ratherthan the IgG Ab can be used to evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy.
