摘 要:结合CTST和F1浮阀各自的优点,在CTST塔板的基础上组合得到了新型的CTST-F1复合塔板。以空气-水为物系,在直径为570 mm的有机玻璃冷模实验塔内,对CTST-F1复合塔板的清液层高度、板压降、雾沫夹带、漏液量等流体力学性能进行了实验测定,并与CTST塔板和F1浮阀塔板的性能进行了比较。由实验数据关联得到了复合塔板的干板压降、湿板压降和雾沫夹带的经验公式。实验结果表明:CTST-F1复合塔板通量大、效率高、板压降比F1浮阀低,气相负荷上限高于F1浮阀,下限比CTST塔板和F1塔板都低,操作弹性大且接近于CTST,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型塔板。Combining the advantages of both CTST tray and F1 floating valve tray,a new type of the CTST-F1 compound tray was set up based on the CTST tray.The hydrodynamic properties of CTST-F1 compound tray such as clear liquid height,tray pressure drop,entrainment,weeping and etc.were studied with air-water system in a cold model organic glass column with 570 mm diameter.The performance of the compound tray was compared with those of CTST tray and F1 floating valve tray.The empirical formulas for dry plate pressure drop,wet plate pressure drop and entrainment were obtained.The experimental result shows that the CTST-F1 compound tray has great flux and high efficiency;its pressure drop is lower than that of F1 floating valve tray;the gas loading upper limit is higher than that of F1 floating valve tray;the gas loading lower limit is lower than those of both F1 floating valve tray and CTST tray;the operating flexibility is larger and close to CTST.It is a new type tray with extensive application prospect.
