摘  要:扭曲管因具有较好的强化传热性能得到关注,针对扭曲管管内流体流动及传热性能进行了实验与数值研究。验证了扭曲管在低Re下,与普通圆管相比具有较好的强化传热性能。利用FLUENT软件,研究了扭曲管换热器壳程流体流动及传热的特性。对壳程流速在0.3—1.0 m/s的情况下,分别得到了壳程流体的速度矢量分布、温度场分布、质点迹线、压力分布等特性数据,并根据模拟所得结果对扭曲管换热器壳程流体的流动及传热特性进行了分析。结论是扭曲管换热器壳程特殊结构对于减小壳程流体流动压降,增强壳程流体换热起到了较好作用。最后将模拟结果与实验相对比,得出二者偏差在12%以内,吻合良好。The twisted tube attracts more attention owning to its perfect enhanced heat transfer characteristics.The research and numerical simulation on the flow and heat transfer performance of twisted tube were performed.It verifies that in a low Re the twisted tube has a better effect on heat enhancement compared with the normal circular tube.The characteristics of fluid flow and heat transfer in the shell side of twisted tube heat exchanger were studied with commercial software FLUENT.The distributions of velocity vectors,temperature field,pressure drop and particle pathlines were gained while velocity altered from 0.3 m/s to 1.0 m/s.The results of simulation show that the pressure drop in shell side is decreased and the heat transfer in shell side is enhanced.Comparing the results of simulation and experiment,they are in a good agreement,and the error is within ±12%.
