摘  要:建立了茶叶中15种多氯联苯(PCBs)和有机氯农药残留固相萃取(SPE)-气相色谱分析方法。用正己烷-丙酮(体积比2∶1)提取,经Envi-Carb/NH2复合固相萃取柱净化,以环氧七氯为内标,采用RTX-5毛细管柱分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。当加标质量分数为0.03、0.07、0.2 mg/kg时,平均加标回收率为82.99%~127.10%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.07%~8.66%%,该方法的检测限(LOD)在0.0007~0.0110 mg/kg之间。A multiresidue analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 15 polychlorinated biphenyl congeners(PCBs) and organochlorines in tea has been developed.The sample were extracted from tea with hexane-acetone(2∶1) by using an ultrasonic bath.The extracts were purified with Envi-Carb/NH2 Solid-Phase Extraction(SPE) column,and then separated with RTX-5 capillary column,detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detector(GC-ECD),and with heptachlor epoxide as the internal standard.The recovery studies were performed at the three spike levels of 0.03,0.07 and 0.2mg/kg,the mean recoveries were between 82.99% and 127.10% with a relative standard deviation(RSD) ranging from 1.07% to 8.66%.The limits of detection(LOD) were ranged from 0.0007 to 0.0110mg/kg.
