溴碳聚氨酯钢结构防火涂料的研制

摘　　要：以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、四溴双酚A(TBA)、聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料通过逐步聚合反应合成了低分子量的TBA型聚氨酯预聚物并对其进行了红外、TG及DSC表征。羟基丙烯酸树脂并配以聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇等助剂为B组分,A、B组分按一定比例混合后得到了常温固化的双组分聚氨酯钢结构防火涂料。研究结果表明,当n(PEG-400):n(TBA):n(TMP)=0.25:0.5:0.25,n(NCO):n(OH)=1.8:1,反应时间1.5h,采用羟值为50.2mgKOH/g的羟基丙烯酸树脂为固化剂时,得到的漆膜性能最佳。当涂层厚度为2.0mm时,涂层耐火极限可以达到150min,比无溴聚氨酯防火涂料的耐火极限提高了30min。Th e low molecul ar weight of TBA PU prepolymer was synthesized wi th toluene-2,4-iso-cyanate（TDI）,tetrabromobisphenolA（TBA）,polyethylene glycol-400（PEG-400）,trimethylolpropane（TMP） as raw materials by step polymerization and characterized by FT-IR,TG and DSC.The two-component polyurethane fireproof paint for steel sructure which was cured at room temperature was prepared with hydroxyl acrylic r esin,ammonium poly phosphate,melamine,pentaerythritol and other additives as B component after compoment A and component B mixed by certain proportion.The results showed that when n（PEG-400）：n（TBA）：n（TMP） was 0.25 ：0.5：0.25,n（NCO）：n（OH） was 1.8：1,the reaction time was 1.5 h,hydroxyl acrylic resin of 50.2mgKOH/g was curing agent,the optimal performance of the paint film was obtained.when the thickness of the coating was 2.0mm,the fire resista nt limit could reach 150min,which was 30min promoted than polyurethane fireproof paint for steel structure without bromine.
