摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO,城市规划设计与建筑设计市场逐步对外开放,中外合作设计成为广泛采用的方式,对于培养原创性的思维模式、改革传统的工作方式等,都产生了积极的影响,但同时应该注意到,外国设计师也不是完人,他们注重个性和权威,因而难以做到设计理念与环境、文化的完美结合。With China takes part in WTO,the market of urban planning design and architectural design is gradually opening up,the way of joint design become more popular than before.It can bring positive impact to Original mode of thinking training and reform the traditional way of working,etc.However,foreign designers are not perfect.They focus on their personality,so it is difficult to make a perfect combination of concluding idea of design,the environment,and the culture.
