摘 要:针对1036MW机组超超临界汽轮机停机时,高压调节级金属温度、中压缸内壁金属温度下降速度缓慢以及高、中压缸负胀差难以控制的问题,从实际快冷曲线优化分析、汽轮机运行注意事项及要求等方面,介绍3阶段汽轮机快冷创新方案,并给出了同类百万千瓦机组的快冷推荐曲线,从而实现了汽轮机快速、安全停机及冷却,大大缩短了汽轮机组停机后冷却时间,节省检修工期,提高机组可用系数。其经济效益和社会效益显著,可为同类机组提供参考。During the ultra-supercritical turbine of 1036 MW unit being stopped,metal temperatures of regulation stage in high-pressure cylinders and inner wall in medium-pressure cylinders decline slowly,and negative differential expansion of high-and medium-pressure cylinder is hard to control. Therefore,the optimization of practical quick shut-down curves and the precautions and requirements for steam turbine operation are considered.Based on this,the quick cooling scheme including three stages,and the recommend curves of quick cooling for similar units are provided.As a result,the shut-down and cooling are quick and safe,the cooling-down time is considerably reduced,the maintenance period shortened,and the unit available coefficient improved.The quick cooling scheme, with remarkable economic and social benefits,provides reference to similar units.
