不同灸法调节急性高血脂模型大鼠效应比较

摘　　要：目的:观察比较不同灸法对急性高血脂模型大鼠血脂的调节效应差异。方法:采用快速造模方法制备急性高血脂模型。将模型大鼠随机分为正常空白组、模型对照组、药物治疗组、温和灸10 min组、隔姜灸6壮组、麦粒灸6壮组,药物治疗组用洛伐他汀混悬液灌胃。治疗结束后,生化比色法测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果:①不同灸法对高血脂模型大鼠的血脂均具有良性调整作用。②麦粒灸6壮组在降低TC、TG方面具有相对优势,与隔姜灸6壮组比较,其TC含量明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);其TG含量显著降低,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。与温和灸10 min组比较均无显著性差异。③温和灸10 min组HDL-C含量最高,与隔姜灸6壮组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与麦粒灸6壮组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),但麦粒灸6壮组与隔姜灸6壮组比较无显著性差异。④温和灸10 min组、隔姜灸6壮组、麦粒灸6壮组各组LDL-C含量两两比较无显著性差异。结论:三种不同灸法组对高血脂模型大鼠均具有调节作用,温和灸10 min组在降低TG、升高HDL-C方面,麦粒灸6壮组在降低TC、TG方面,较隔姜灸6壮组均有明显优势,表明不同灸法的调脂效应有差异,临床应该根据患者具体情况选择适宜的方法进行调脂治疗。Objective：To compare the effects of different moxibustion methods for regulating blood lipid level in rats with acute hyperlipemia.Methods：The models were established by intraperitoneal injection of 25% yolk emulsion.Seventy-two SD female rats were randomly divided into normal blank group,model control group,drug-treatment group,warming moxibustion 10 min（WM10）group,ginger moxibustion 6 moxa-cone（GiM6） group,grain-sized moxibustion 6 moxa-cone（GSM6） group.Drug-treatment group was treated by intragastric administration of Lovastatin.After treatment,the chromatography technique was used to detect the serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesrerol.Results：① The different moxibustion methods could effectively regulate blood lipid level of models.② The GSM6 group had the best effects on decreasing serum TC,TG.There was significant difference between GSM6 group and GiM6 group in decreasing TC and TG levels（P0.05,P0.01）,while there were no significant difference on TC and TG between GSM6 group and WM10 group.③ Contents of HDL-C were the highest in WM10 group,there was significant difference between WM10 group and GiM 6 group（P0.05）,and there was extremely significant difference between WM10 group and GSM6 group（P0.01）,but there was no significant difference between GSM6 group and GiM6 group.④ There was no significant difference on LDL-C among WM10 group,GiM6 group and GSM6 group.Conclusion：Three moxibustions have effects on regulating blood lipid.WM10 group have the best effect on increasing HDL-C level and GSM6 group have the best effects on decreasing TC and TG levels.Different moxibustions on regulating blood lipid are different.We should chose appropriate moxibustion to regulate blood lipid according to the specific situation of patients.
