摘  要:为研究代乳料对仔鹿的影响,选择出生日期相近的梅花鹿仔鹿28只,随机分成A、B、C 3组,分别用母乳、牛奶、代乳料进行60 d的饲养试验,试验结束时采血检测血液生化指标。结果表明:不同处理对仔鹿平均日增重影响显著(P<0.05),呈阶段性变化,24日龄前A组最高、24~64日龄C组最高;A组仔鹿胸围平均日增长显著高于B、C组(P<0.05);各组间仔鹿肩高、体长无显著差异;不同处理间血清总蛋白(AT)浓度差异显著(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)浓度差异极显著(P<0.01),均以A组最高;不同处理间血清白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、葡萄糖(GLU)浓度和血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性差异不显著(P>0.05)。To study the effects of milk replacer on the upgrowth performance and blood biochemistry in- dices in deer lamps, an experiment was conducted using 28 four day-old deer lamps respectively fed on doe's milk, milk and milk replacer. A single factor variance analysis experiment was designed. The deer lamps were randomly divided into three groups, A, B and C (A has 8, B has 10 and C has 10) based on body weight and birth similarity. Group A got along with doe and fed on doe's milk, group B on milk, and group C on milk replacer. The results showed:the effects of milk replacer on mortality rate were sig- nificant, A being 12.5%, B 30.8%, C 22.2% ; the effects of milk replacer on average daily gain (ADG) were significant( P 〈 0.05)and varied by phase, A being the best before 24 day-old, C the best from 24 to 64 day-old. The chest circumference of A was significant hyper-B and C( P 〈 0.05), shoulder height and body length had no significant difference. Total protein(TP) of A was evidently higher than the other two groups( P 〈 0.05), IgG of A was the highest among all groups( P 〈 0.01 ), milk replacer did not affect level of albumin (ALB), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) or glucose (GLU) in serum of deer lambs ( P 〉 0.05), and the alkaline phosphatase (ALK) activity in serum of deer lambs had no significant difference, either.
