摘　　要：通过对冲裁件在板料上的排样优化问题的分析， 建立了基于两参数的冲裁件二维排样优化模型， 根据对其数学模型的分析， 提出了求解该问题的方法。由该方法求得到的优化解更趋近于冲裁件在板料上的排样优化的全局最优解。In this paper,layout of a single blanking sample on a whole sheet metal is analyzed and the mathematical model of two dimensinal optimum layout based on two parameters is set up and algorithm of optimum layout is proposed.The solution to optimum layout is more approximate to glabal optimum.
