摘　　要：网络已日益普及到人们的日常生活与学习中,因此,网络安全是保障人们正常使用网络的必需手段。分析了中国党政信息网络安全保障建设的需求和现状,并从认知层、建设层、基础层和应用层等多角度深度剖析了中国党政信息网络安全保密建设与管理过程中存在的不足,针对性地提出了以教育、技术、组织和管理为主体的中国党政信息网络安全保障体系。Web becomes increasingly popular in our daily life and study.Thus the Web security is quite essential in the normal use of the Web.This paper discusses present situation and demand of the government information network,and deeply analyzes the deficiency existing in the construction of information network security assurance from knowledge,building-up,infrastructure and utilization,and to counter this tendency,proposes the integrated security assurance system of information network based on education,technology,organization and management.
