关节镜下应用自体肌腱重建前、后交叉韧带的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨关节镜下同种自体肌腱重建前后交叉韧带的疗效。方法：关节镜下应用自体半腱肌腱和股薄肌腱重建前、后交叉韧带13例，观察并记录治疗前后的症状、体征变化和Lysholm评分。结果：全部病例均获得随访，时间6-20个月，Lysholm评分由术前平均（22.3±4．6）分提高到（83．2±7．3）分，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01），所有患者关节功能明显改善。结论：关节镜下应用自体肌腱重建前、后交叉韧带具有良好效果。Objective： To evaluate the effect of reconstruction of cruciate ligaments with homologous tendon under arthroscopy. Methods： Reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments under arthroscopy with autogenous semitendinosus tendon and gracilis tendon was performed on 13 cases. The clinical symp- toms, signs and Lysholm scores were recorded before and after operation respectively. Results： All the pa tients were followed up for 6N20 months. Lysholm scores were improved from 22.3 ±4.6 preoperatively to 83.2±7.3 postoperatively, there was a statistically significant differences in Lysholm scores before and after operation （P〈0.01）. Symptoms were relieved and the function of knee joints was improved. Conclusion： Re- construction of cruciate ligaments with autogeneic tendon is effective.
