关节镜手术治疗盘状半月板损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨天前镜下手术治疗盘状半月板损伤的方法与疗效。方法：在关节镜下治疗盘状半月板于损伤28例，其中部分切除成形术23例，次个切除术5例。结果：随访3～12个月，平均7个月。按Lysholon评分判定：优18例，良7例，可3例，优良率89．2％。结论：关节镜下治疗盘状半月板损伤可以获得良好疗效。Objective： To analyze the method and curative effect of operation under arthroseopy for treatment of discoidl meniscus injury. Methods： 28 eases of disecoid meniscus injury were hlehded in this study, partial resection anti plasty was performed on 23 eases and suhtotal ectomy was performed on 5 cases. Results： After 3-12 months follow-up, the resuh was evaluated as exeellenl i, 18 cases, good in 7 cases and fare in 3 eases aeeording to Lysholm knee score criterion, with a exeellelll a,d good rale of 89.2%. Conclusion： h is demonstrated that arthroscopic treatment for the discoid meniscus injury can obtained a good effieet.
