摘  要:目的:评价成骨细胞复合多孔β-磷酸三钙支架在大鼠肌肉中的成骨效果。方法:分别在植入1、4、8周后,将成骨细胞β-磷酸三钙复合物取出行HE染色观察新骨形成情况,并应用KS4003.0软件进行新骨生成分析。结果:植入1周后所有标本都未发现骨生成;在4周后实验组新骨生成量为6.35%,对照组为1.32%:8周后实验组新骨生成晕为21.58%,对照组新骨生成量为4.78%。两组比较有显著性差异。结论:成骨细胞复合多孔β-磷酸二钙支架可以促进新骨生成。Objective: To evaluate the ossification result of construct combined osteoblasts with β-triealeium phosphate (β-TCP)as bone substitute implanted in rat dorsal muscles. Methods: Specimens were implanted and took out on 1 week, 4 and 8 weeks after implantation as well as observed by hematoxylin and eosin (HE)staining. The percentages of new bone formation for each group and implantation period were determined by histomorphometry. Results: After 1 week's implantation, new bone formation in both β-TCP and osteoblasts+β-TCP groups did not noted. At 4 weeks, the amount of bone formation was increased to 1.32 % in β-TCP group and 6.35% in osteoblasts+β-TCP group. 8 weeks later, more bone was found in the osteoblasts+β-TCP group (21.58 %), while in the β-TCP group bone formation was increased to 4.78%, there was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Based on these results, we concluded that bone substitutes constructed by porous β-TCP scaffold loaded with osteoblasts can promote new bone formation.
