摘　　要：目的总结"夹心饼"法连续缝合修补膜周室间隔缺损(ventricular septum defect,VSD)的经验与临床疗效。方法采用"夹心饼"法连续缝合修补膜周VSD 52例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果手术中体外循环时间和主动脉阻断时间中位数为55(33～75)2、8(22～34)min,均获6个月以上随访,术后一周复查超声心动图显示2例术后有残余漏,均为限制性,直径小于3 mm;无一过性或永久性完全房室传导阻滞,右束支不完全阻滞10例。术后3月复查时2例残余漏均自愈;术后6月复查,三尖瓣轻度返流4例,无中度返流以上者。无手术死亡。结论 "夹心饼"法连续缝合修补膜周VSD安全、疗效显著,操作方便,且可节省手术时间。Objective To summarize the experience of surgical closure of the perimembranous ventricular septum defect（VSD） with a ＂sandwich＂ running suture.Method From January 2002 to May 2010,there were 52 children with perimembranous VSD underwent closure of the defect with the ＂sandwich＂ running suture,and their clinical data was reviewed retrospectively.Result All the closure operations carried uneventfully and no residue shunt or atria ventricular block was found.All the children were followed up at least 6 months,and no defect re-open or tricuspid regurgitation was found.Conclusion Closure of a perimembranous VSD with the ＂sandwich＂ running suture can be carried easily and safely with less operative time.
