摘  要:针对传统光学瓦斯检定仪存在的量程范围小、测量精度低、不具备数据传输功能等问题,根据红外吸收气体检测原理研制一种无线接入式瓦斯巡检仪。该仪器硬件结构由红外瓦斯传感器、控制单元、LCD显示器、声光报警电路、功能键盘电路、时钟电路、无线通信模块和电源模块等部分组成,无线通信采用半双工模式的无线通信协议。实验结果表明,该瓦斯检巡仪量程为0~10%,检测精度为0.0l%,井下通信距离可达120m。它提高了瓦斯检测的量程和准确性,实现了数据的无线传送,为瓦斯巡检员远程作业定位管理系统的构建奠定了基础。This paper is aimed at an alternative to the conventional optical gas detector which suffers from smaller scale range, lower accuracy, and absence of data transmission function by developing a wire- less access-type gas detector depending on infrared absorption gas detection principle. This detector' s hardware consists of infrared gas sensor, control unit, LCD, sound and light alarm circuit, keyboard cir- cuit, clock circuit, wireless communication module, and power module. Wireless communication builds on half-duplex mode wireless communication protocol. The results show that the detector boasts a range from 0 to 10%, a detection accuracy of 0.01%, and an underground communication distance of up to 120 m. This gas detector, capable of a longer range and a gTeater accuracy of gas detection and the wire- less data transmission, provides a basis for developing the remote gas detection and location management system.
