摘　　要：介绍了在高碳当量条件下，利用含钛变质剂生产大断面高强度灰铸铁的经验。提出在４ ．２ ％ ～４ ．０ ％ ＣＥ； ０ ．７～０ ．８Ｓｉ／Ｃ； ０ ．９ ％ ～１ ．２ ％ Ｍｎ ；０ ．０８ ％ ～０ ．１５ ％ Ｔｉ 的条件下，生产出大断面为８０ ｍ ｍ ×１２０ ｍ ｍ ～１００ ｍ ｍ ×２１０ ｍ ｍ 的铸件，σｂ 为２４４ ～３２８ ＭＰａ 。铸件断面组织致密，均匀一致，本体强度提高。This paper introduces the experience of heavy sectioned high strength gray iron in high CE is produced by inoculant containing Ti And describe that gray iron with 80 mm×120 mm～100 mm×210 mm section is producted in case of 4.2%～4.0%CE; 0.7～0.8Si/C; 0.9%～1.2%Mn; 0.08%～0.15%Ti The result shows that the σ b is 244～328 MPa,the structure of the section is dense and uniform,the strength of substrate is improved
