摘　　要：研制了１ 种新型锤头用钢———ＣｒＮｉＭｏ 低合金耐磨铸钢，探讨了热处理工艺与力学性能的关系，并试制了不同规格的锤头。现场装机试验表明，该钢种的锤头使用寿命均为高锰钢锤头寿命的１ 倍或１ 倍以上。在中等冲击及以下工况条件下，可代替高锰钢制造耐磨件。A new type of Cr Ni Mo low alloy cast steel has been developed,and the relationship of heat treatment process and mechanical properties has been discussed in this paper Meanwhile,various kinds of hammers have been made of this cast steel The field testing results show that the service life of hammers made of the cast steel are 1 or more times than that of high manganese steel The hammers to be made and used under medium impact conditions could replace the high manganese steel
