复方地龙胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方地龙胶囊对2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效.方法 56例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为复方地龙胶囊治疗组30例和常规治疗对照组26例.治疗前后测定血液流变学和24 h尿蛋白定量水平.结果与治疗前或常规治疗对照组比较,复方地龙胶囊组的24 h尿蛋白定量水平明显降低(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,复方地龙胶囊明显降低血小板最大聚集率(maximal platelet aggregation,PAgmax)、血浆粘度和全血粘度,对一时相血小板聚集率(first time platelet aggregation,PAgT1)和肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,Cc)r水平无明显影响.治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应.结论复方地龙胶囊能明显改善2型糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学指标,减轻尿蛋白的产生.Objective To investigate the clinical value of compound Dilong capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetics nephropathy. Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into compound Dilong group （n = 30） and control group （n = 26）. Haemorheological parameters and total urine protein for 24 h were detected, respectively, before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the effective rate in compound Dilong capsule group was 85.6%, and 82.5% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The levels of haemorheological parameters and blood lipids were significantly improved in compound Dilong capsule group as compared with control group （P 〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment. Conclusion Compouud Dilong capsule can significantly improve haemorheologieal parameters, decrease the levels of urine protein and amend blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
