摘　　要：焊接变位机是焊接生产机械化与自动化的重要且又比较薄弱的环节.对焊接变位机在现代生产方式下的功能、作用及焊接变位机的合理设计作了分析,认为在焊接变位机的设计过程中,应该把接头设计、操作机与变位机的配合和变位机的功能结构分析三方面综合起来,进行多方面的分析考虑.最后提出了焊接变位机智能CAD(计算机辅助设计)的总体设计策略,以期为实现焊接结构CAD/CAW奠定基础.Welding positioner is important but rather unsubstantial in welding production mechanization and automation. In this paper, the function and reasonable design of welding positioner under modem production technology are analyzed. During the design Process of welding positioner, it should be considered synthetically about the weld joint design, cooperation between welding positioner and welding manipulator and analysis of the function and structure of welding positioner. The Intelligent Computer Aided Design (ICAD) strategy for welding positioner is finally described, which is expected to lays foundation for realization of CAD/ CAM integration for welded plates construction.
