摘  要:采用Gleeble-1500D试验机研究低碳高强钢在高温(大于1200℃)及低变形速率(小于10-2 s-1)条件下的拉伸流变行为。采用的拉伸试验包括单拉伸试验及双拉伸试验。实验钢在高温条件下,铸态组织奥氏体化,并且随温度升高及保温时间延长,奥氏体晶粒明显粗化,对高温流变行为产生较大影响。考虑实验钢奥氏体晶粒粗化现象的本构方程能够较好吻合实验测量的应力-应变数据。Through single tension tests and double tension tests at high temperature by Gleeble-1500D thermomechanical simulator,the rheological behavior of low-carbon high-strength steel was investigated at high temperature(1200 ℃) and low strain rates(lower than 10-2 s-1).At high temperature,the austenization of as-cast microstructure of the studied steel happens,and austenite grain size increases with the increase of temperature and time.Such microstructure change has a profound effect on the rheological behavior of the studied steel at high temperature.A constitutive equation that takes into account such effect can lead to a good agreement between the calculated and the measured stress-strain curves.
