摘  要:通过动态拉伸试验和断口形貌分析,探讨316L不锈钢可膨胀筛管基管在25~300℃的井下温度场范围内的动态应力-应变关系;根据温加工变形理论,分析316L不锈钢可膨胀筛管基管在25~300℃流变应力与塑性应变关系,应用金属的动态回复理论和动态应变时效理论,建立316L不锈钢可膨胀筛管基管在井下温度场及温加工变形条件下的本构方程,通过引入应变速率因子Z,得出316L不锈钢可膨胀筛管基管在温加工阶段的流变本构方程,为可膨胀筛管井下膨胀施工工程提供依据。Through the dynamic tensile test and fracture surface analysis,the relationship between stress and strain of expandable sieved tubes of 316L stainless steel at the well temperature of 25 ℃~300 ℃ was investigated.Based on deformation theory of warm processing,the relationship between flow stress and plastic strain of 316 stainless steel was analyzed.Using the dynamic recovery theory and dynamic strain aging theory,the constitutive equation was built under the temperature field and below well warm processing conditions.And the strain rate factor Z was introduced,finally the constitutive equation is obtained,witch provides a basis for the expandable process of expandable sieved tubes.
