摘 要:通过热浸镀工艺参数的变化,在大量实验的基础上研究了采用溶剂法在TC4表面热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金的工艺方法,得到了较为合理的工艺流程并选出了合适的助镀剂和表面覆盖剂。分析了浸镀温度、浸镀时间等对镀层性能的影响,并采用SEM、EDS等测试手段对镀层成分和结构进行分析。结果表明:670℃、热浸镀7 min可以在TC4表面形成表面质量高、成分均匀连续、无爆发性Si组织、有一定硬度、结合力好的Al-Zn合金镀层。The techniques of hot-dip 55%Al-Zn alloy on the surface of TC4 by solvent method were studied in the laboratory for many times.Through those experiments,a rational process,suitable plating auxiliary and surface covering agent were obtained.The effects of dipping temperature and time on the properties of the coating were discussed.The composition and microstructure of the coating was analyzed using SEM,EDS and other testing methods.The results show that,under the process parameters of 670 ℃ and dipping 7 min,the surface of TC4 sample can form a Al-Zn alloy coating which has high surface quality,homogeneous continuous composition,no outbreak Si structure,certain hardness,and good adhesive strength.
