摘 要:通过SEM和EDS对2205双相不锈钢的维氏硬度及矫顽磁力的测量,研究了2205双相不锈钢在时效条件下σ相的析出规律,分析了σ析出相对2205双相不锈钢的维氏硬度及其矫顽磁力的影响。结果表明:σ析出相的多少与时效时间成正比,与时效温度成反比。σ析出相越多,其硬度越高,2205不锈钢经800℃时效8 h后,基体铁素体发生分解,其矫顽磁力为零。The precipitation rule of σ-phase in 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied by SEM,EDS and vickers hardness,and the coercive force under different aging condition was also analyzed.The relation between σ precipitation and vickers hardness of 2205 duplex stainless steel and the coercive force change was analyzed.The results show that the quantity of σ precipitation is proportional with the aging time,and in reverse proportion with the aging temperature.The more the σ precipitation,the higher the hardness,the ferrite is decomposition in 2205 duplex stainless steel after aging at 800 ℃ for 8 h,which make its coercive force change into zero.
