摘　　要：IFN调节因子3（IRF-3）是IRF家族成员之一，是对IFN基因表达起主要作用的调节因子，与病毒感染时IFN基因的表达水平密切相关，特别是在HBV和HCV感染方面具有重要作用。此文就IRF-3与病毒性肝炎的研究进展作了综述。Interferon regulatory factor 3 （IRF-3） is a member of the IRF family which plays a major role in gene expression of IFN regulatory factors, and is closely related to the level of IFN gene expression in condition of viral infection, especially in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C vires. The research progress of IRF-3 in the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis are reviewed.
