交感神经皮肤反应对评价慢性心力衰竭患者植物神经损害的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)的变化及其临床意义。方法:对72例CHF患者行SSR检测,并与30例对照组比较。结果:与对照组比较,CHF患者SSR检测起始潜伏期(Lat)延长和峰-峰波幅值(Amp)降低,随着心功能损害程度的加重出现Lat逐渐延长、Amp逐渐降低,甚至SSR波形消失(P<0.05)。结论:SSR的异常反映了CHF患者常合并交感神经损害,SSR检测可作为评价CHF患者交感神经损害敏感的客观指标。Objective：To investigate the value of the changes of sympathetic skin response（SSR） in assessment of sympathetic function in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Method：SSR was checked in 72 CHF patients and comparision was made with 30 healthy controls.Result：The amplitude of SSR was decreased and the latency was prolonged significantly in CHF group as compared with control group,also releasing a remarkable correlation between that with cardiac function indexes（P0.05）.Conclusion：SSR abnormalities reflect impairments of sympathetic system in patients with chronic heart failure.SSR could be used as an objective and sensitive index in evaluating the lesions of sympathetic system in CHF patients.
