摘  要:针对宝钢厚板生产中出现翘皮缺陷的质量问题,进行了现场跟踪与分析,得出厚板翘皮缺陷主要与来料板坯的质量有关。通过调整连铸浇注水口吹氩量、控制板坯清理深宽比、优化板坯清理模式等措施,保证了来料板坯的质量,厚板翘皮缺陷得到有效控制,缺陷发生率由0.63%下降至0.34%。The site tracking and analysis were conducted because of the surface upwarping of heavy plates manufactured by Baosteel.The results showed that the defects mainly related to the quality of continuously cast slab.Some measures were taken to ensure the quality of continuously cast slab.The measures include adjustment of the argon flow rate at the cast nozzle,control of the depth-to-width ratio for cleaning,optimization of the clean-up mode of slab,etc.Now the defects of surface upwarping of heavy plates have been effectively controlled and the defect rate has been reduced to 0.34% from 0.63%.
