摘 要:采用BA对VAc进行乳液聚合共聚改性,并通过DSC、TGA、拉伸测试以及SEM等测试方法,详细研究了BA对VAc胶膜的Tg、热稳定性能、力学性能和拉伸断面的影响。研究结果表明:引入质量分数25%的BA,胶膜Tg降低了19.6℃,变化非常显著,而后随着BA引入量的增大Tg变化不明显。胶膜热稳定性能随BA用量的增大而增加,引入质量分数15%BA后,聚合胶膜的T始可提高66℃。拉伸测试在12℃环境中进行,材料力学性能在BA用量为质量分数25%时出现突跃。SEM测试结果显示,BA的引入可提高材料断面的连续性。Vinyl acetate polymer (PVAc) was modified by butyl acrylate (BA) via emulsion copolymerization method. Dif ferential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) and tensile test were used to determine the ther mal and mechanical properties of VAc homo polymer (PVAc) and BA VAc copolymer ( P( BA VAc) ). The morphologi cal structure of PVAc and P( BA VAc) film after tensile test was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of P( BA VAc) films changed significantly, 19.6℃lower than that of PVAc film, when the weight percentage of BA is up to 25wt. % and after that the trend is changing slightly. Furthermore, compared to PVAc, T始 of P( BA VAc) film with 15wt. % BA is increased with 66℃. Mechanical properties of materials are definitely different from PVAc when the content of BA is 25wt. % under a 12℃test surrounding. Also, it could be found that morphological structure of polymer film becames more successive with the loaded of BA, indicating the improvement of mechani cal properties.
