摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚ε-己内酯二醇(PCL210)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为主要原材料,合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。试验主要探讨了嵌段物序列结构、亲水基、中和度及交联剂用量等因素对聚氨酯乳液及膜性能的影响,并进行了分析表征。结果表明:在该反应体系下,亲水基用量为聚合物总质量的0.90%~1.00%,中和度>90%,交联剂用量为聚合物总质量的1%~3%,能制备出含量较高(质量分数≥45%),且性能较好的水性聚氨酯乳液。WPU (water borne polyurethane) emulsion was synthesized with isophorone isocyanate (IPDI), poly lactone diol (PCL210), 2,2 dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), 1,4 butanediol (BDO), three hydroxyl methyl (TMP) as main raw materials. The influence of block object sequence, hydrophilic, neutralization degree and the crossl capro propane inking a gent content on the performance of WPU emulsion and film were investigated. The results show that the optimal reaction system is as follows, the amount of hydrophilic polymer total mass is 0.90% - 1.00%, the neutralization degree is 〉 90%, the cross linking agent is 1% -3%. Under above conditions, the high content (quality Score I〉45% ) and quality water based polyure thane emulsion is obtained
