自交联反应性有机氟乳液的合成及其应用

摘  要:在阳/非离子表面活性剂作用下,将全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯(FA)与甲基丙烯酸十二醇酯(LMA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)及丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)在水相乳液共聚,制得了一种自交联、长碳链阳离子氟代聚丙烯酸酯(FLDH)共聚乳液,用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)等仪器确认了主组分的结构,并研究了乳液的物化性能及其在山羊绒面革上的应用性能。结果表明:自交联反应性FLDH乳液带有正电,将其喷涂于山羊绒面革表面,经充分固化可产生明显的拒水拒油效果。当乳液用量为20gFLDH/100gH2O、喷涂量为10~13g/sf(平方英尺),经FLDH喷涂并经微波干燥等处理的山羊绒面革,其静态接触角可达到145.2°、拒水性达到100分、拒油等级达到5级,且绒面革表面PFOA的残留量仅为1.93μg/g。In the presence of cationic/nonionic surfactants, a reactive fluorinated long alkyl polyacrylate (FLDH) emulsion was prepared by copolymerization of perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate (FA) with lauryl methacrylate (LMA) , dimethylaminoethyl meth acrylate(DM) and 2 hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) in aqueous medium. Chemical structure of FLDH was characterized by IR and ^1H NMR, and then physical properties of the emulsion and its performance on goat suede leather were investigated. Experi ment results indicate that FLDH emulsion carry positive charges and could offer the treated suede leather with excellent water and oil repellency. When the emulsion was 20gFLDH/100g H20 and sprayed in about 10 13g/sf ( per square feet of the suede leather), the water and oil - repellency of the treated leather could respectively reach 100 and 5 degree, and the water static contact angle reaches 145.2^.. Meanwhile, the amount of PFOA examined from the treated suede leather is 1. 931μg/g.
