成年人先天性冠状动脉起源异常的双源CT评价

摘　　要：目的 评价双源CT冠状动脉造影诊断冠状动脉起源异常的临床价值.方法 回顾性总结 2007-09-2009-07 间 5 702例双源CT冠状动脉成像资料,分析冠状动脉起源异常的类型及CT表现.结果 5 702例中,检出冠状动脉起源异常84 例,检出率为1.47%,右冠状动脉变异40例（48%）、左冠状动脉变异37例（44%）、左右冠状动脉均发生变异7例（8%）.结论 双源CT可对冠状动脉起源异常做出准确诊断.Objective To asses the value of dual source computed tomography in detection of anomalous origin of coronary arter- ies in adults. Methods 5702 patients who undergone coronary artery CT angiography during 2007--09--2009--07 were included in this study. The types and CT findings of anomalous origin of coronary arteries were assessed. Results In 5702 patients, the anomalous origin of coronary arteries in 84 cases（1.47%）, the anomalous origin of the right coronary artery in 40 cases（48%）and the left right coronary artery in 37 cases（44 % ）, and both the right coronary artery and the left right coronary artery in 7 cases（ 8%）were detected. Conclusion Dual-source CT can demonstrate clearly the anomalous origin of coronary arteries in adults.
