青鹏软膏治疗皮炎湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察青鹏软膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的临床疗效。方法治疗组128例(亚急性湿疹35例,慢性湿疹28例,神经性皮炎35例和脂溢性皮炎30例),对照组121例(亚急性湿疹32例,慢性湿疹28例,神经性皮炎30例和脂溢性皮炎31例)。治疗组予青鹏软膏外搽患处,并轻揉片刻,3次/d,疗程2周;对照组予丁酸氢化可的松软膏每日早、晚各1次外搽,疗程2周。观察两组患者治疗前,治疗1周及2周后的症状评分,并进行比较。结果治疗2周后,治疗组有效率(66.67%)与对照组(68.64%)接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗组连续用药2周后的疗效明显优于用药1周后的疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均未出现特殊不适。结论青鹏软膏治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病疗效满意,适当延长用药时间可提高疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingpeng ointment in treatment of eczema and dermatitis. Methods The treated group 128 cases and the control group 121 cases. In the treated group, Qingpeng ointment was applied topically three times a day for two weeks, the control group, Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment was applied topically twice a day for two weeks. The effectiveness of treatment was observed, and the changes of total symptom score were measured before, after one and two weeks. Results The total effective rate was 66.7% （84/126） in the treated group, which was similar in the control group 68.6% （81/ 118 ）. In the treated group, the total effective rate after two weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that after one week（P 〈 0. 05）. Meanwhile, No adverse reaction was found. Conclusion The treatment of Qingpeng ointment shows definite curative effect in treating eczema and dermatitis. Besides, the medication should be continued for a rather long period to achieve the full effect.
