摘 要:运用染色体压片法对陇东野生紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativaL.)等6个紫花苜蓿材料进行核型分析,并通过核型似近系数对供试材料进行聚类分析。结果显示:(1)全部供试材料皆为2n=32的四倍体,核型进化由高到低依次为:[陇东野生紫花苜蓿、新疆大叶紫花苜蓿(M.sativa,Xinjiangdaye)]2B>[皇后2000紫花苜蓿(M.sativa,Regina 2000)、陇东紫花苜蓿(M.sativa,Longdong)、Pick 8925紫花苜蓿(M.sativa,Pick 8925)]1B>[肇东紫花苜蓿(M.sativa,Zhaodong)]1A。(2)供试材料间的核型似近系数(λ)均在0.900 0以上,并在进化距离(De)0.073 8处分为两类,陇东野生紫花苜蓿和新疆大叶紫花苜蓿归为一类,其它供试材料归为另一类。研究表明,陇东野生紫花苜蓿的染色体较不对称,与其它供试材料相比,亲缘关系远,系统演化快。Karyotype analysis and cluster analysis was studied on 6 alfalfa materials by chromosome flaking and karyotype resemblance-near coefficient.The result showed that each material was tetraploid with 32 chromosomes.The level of all materials on karyotype evolution was(Medicago sativa L.,M.sativa,Xinjiangdaye) 2B(M.sativa,Regina 2000,M.sativa,Longdong,M.sativa,Pick 8925)1B(M.sativa,Zhaodong) 1A.However,karyotype resemblance-near coefficient of each material was above 0.900 0.Furthermore,all materials were divided into 2 categories when the value of evolutionary distance was 0.073 8,which M.sativa L.and M.sativa,Xinjiangdaye belonging to one category and the rest ones belonging to another category.All above showed the shape of chromosomes of M.sativa L.was more asymmetry.And the speed of its system evolution was faster than any other material in this experiment.
