摘 要:以20%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)处理模拟干旱,利用一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)处理平邑甜茶[Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd.]幼苗,探讨外源NO对水分胁迫下平邑甜茶幼苗叶绿素荧光参数和光合速率的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫下平邑甜茶幼苗Fo显著上升,Fv/Fm、qP、ETR、Yield、叶绿素含量和光合速率显著降低,qN在胁迫的前3d呈上升趋势,之后大幅度下降;通过外施不同浓度的SNP(100-700μmol·L-1)均使水分胁迫下平邑甜茶幼苗Fo上升及Fv/Fm、ETR、qP、Yield、叶绿素含量和光合速率下降幅度明显减小。不同处理缓解作用为:300μmol·L-1SNP〉500μmol·L-1SNP〉100μmol·L-1SNP〉700μmol·L-1SNP,其中300-500μmol·L-1SNP处理缓解效应明显,但以300μmol·L-1SNP处理效果最好。The effects of exogenous NO on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthesis rate in Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd.seedlings were studied in simulating drought condition of nutrient solution cultivation containing 20% polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000)and sodium nitroprusside(SNP).The results showed that the Fo significantly increased,however,the Fv/Fm,qP,ETR,Yield,chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis rate all markedly decreased when the seedlings treated with PEG6000.Meanwhile,the qN increased within 3 days and then drastically decreased.On the other hand,the increase of Fo and the decrease of Fv/Fm,qP,ETR,Yield,chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis rate were all observed when the seedlings treated with 100-700 μmol · L-1 SNP.The results also indicated that exogenous nitric oxide with different treatments all had alleviated effects on Malus hupehensis(Pamp.) Rehd.seedlings and the alleviation function in the treatments was 300 μmol · L-1 SNP 500 μmol · L-1 SNP 100 μmol · L-1 SNP〉 700 μmol · L-1 SNP.Moreover,there were remarkably alleviated effects with treatments from 300 μmol · L-1 SNP to 500 μmol · L-1 SNP,in which 300 μmol · L-1 SNP showed the best effect.
