摘　　要：随着Internet技术的发展，人们的日常生活已经离不开网络。未来社会人们的生活和工作将越来越依赖于数字化、网络化、电子化、虚拟化。而军工科技的快速发展也越来越离不开计算机的强大的计算能力的支持，而在军工信息化产业方面，基于PHP的网络信息管理系统正在被广泛应用。With the development ofintemet, daily life can not go on without the network. The life and work of the social people in the future will depend more and more on the development of digital technology, digitization, networking, electronization, virtual. While the development of the technology of Military Assistance Program（MAP） can not go without the strong support of computing ability. Based on the PHP network information management system is being widely used in military industries of Information technology.
