动物麻醉机在肠易激综合征模型大鼠评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索动物麻醉机在腹外斜肌放电测量中的应用,为肠易激综合征(IBS)模型内脏痛敏的评价提供一种更为客观、有效的方法。方法对新生期SD大鼠给予结直肠扩张刺激,建立成年大鼠IBS模型。分别在清醒和浅麻醉状态下测量腹外斜肌对结直肠扩张的放电反应来评价大鼠内脏痛觉的敏感性。结果在清醒和浅麻醉两种状态下,IBS模型组大鼠的腹外斜肌放电幅值均显著高于各自对照组大鼠(P<0.05);而在清醒与浅麻醉两种状态下的对照组之间或两种状态下的IBS模型组之间,大鼠腹外斜肌放电幅值差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用动物麻醉机在浅麻醉状态下的腹外斜肌放电测量可作为IBS模型内脏痛敏的有效指标。该方法可排除大鼠在清醒状态下自主活动的影响,使结果更为稳定、客观。Objective To explore the application of animal anesthesia machine to measuring spikes of external oblique abdominal muscle in rats in order to establish a more objective and effective method for the assessment of the visceral sensitivity in the model of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Methods IBS rat models received colorectal irritation in neonates.Responses of external oblique abdominal muscle to colorectal distension in the conscious and slight anesthetic condition were measured to assess the visceral sensitivity in adult rats.Results Either in conscious or slight anesthetic condition,spikes of external oblique abdominal muscle were significantly stronger in IBS rats than those control rats（P0.05）.However,there was no significant difference between the two different conditions for both control rats and IBS rats（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Measurement of spikes of external oblique abdominal muscle in slight anesthesia with animal anesthesia machine may be a more effective and objective method to assess visceral sensitivity in IBS rats.
