摘　　要：目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗对兔尿道瘢痕的作用。方法:取30只雄性新西兰兔,随机分为治疗组、模型组、正常对照组,每组各10只。治疗组和模型组建立兔尿道疤痕模型。治疗组用10%鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗,模型组和正常对照组用生理盐水尿道冲洗;HE、Masson染色观察尿道疤痕组织中胶原纤维分布情况,免疫组织化学染色观察尿道疤痕组织中TGF-β1的表达。结果:治疗组和正常对照组尿道疤痕组织中胶原纤维分布均明显少于模型组(P<0.05),治疗组和正常对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组和正常对照组尿道疤痕组织中TGF-β1的表达均明显少于模型组(P<0.05),治疗组和正常对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗可减少兔尿道瘢痕的形成,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the urethral wash with Brucea javanica oil emulsion on the role of rabbit urethra scar.Methods Thirty male New Zealand rabbits were used to establish urethral scar model.In 10 of them 10% Brucea javanica oil was used to flush the urethra as the treated group.In another 10 normal saline was used to flush the urethra as the model control group.Further,in another 10 healthy rabbits normal saline was used to flush the urethra as the sham-operated group.HE or Masson staining method was used to observe the collagen distribution of the urethral scar tissue,and immunohistochemical staining method to observe the expression of TGF-β1 in urethral scar tissue.Results The collagen distribution of urethral scar tissues in the treated group or the sham-operated group were visibly less than that in the model control group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance between the treated group and the sham-operated group（P〉0.05）;the expression of TGF-β1 in urethral scar tissues in the treated group or the sham-operated group was obviously less than in the model control group（P〈0.05）.Three was no statistical significance between the treated group and the sham-operated group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Brucea javanica oil to flush the urethra can reduce urethral scar formation in the rabbit.It is worthing further study.
